Here is a simple recipe for making your own bubble bath. It will leave your skin soft and smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups distilled water
  • 1 bar grated castille soap (4 ounce bar)
  • 2 ounces glycerin
  • 2 drops fragrant essential oil of your choice

Directions:

Find a jar that can hold more than 4 cups of liquid. Pour warm water into the jar and then add castille soap. Once the soap is dissolved add fragrance and glycerin. The glycerin will help create the bubbles and soften the skin. It can be purchased online in bulk for as little as .15 to .20 an ounce. Castille soap can be purchased at most grocery stores for about .75 a bar. (Castille soap is made with vegetable oils, classic Castille soap is made with olive oil.) If you don't have any essential oils you can use a couple of drops of your favorite perfume.
