Bars
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups cooked and mashed squash
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and bake on a cookie sheet pan at 350 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.
Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 tsp. butter, softened
- 1-1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Add powdered sugar until frosting is easy to spread.
