This makes a quick, filling meal on a busy night.
Ingredients
- Flour tortillas
- 1 lb (or less) shredded or diced cooked chicken (I use chicken breasts),
- 1 box Zatarains jambalaya mix
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- leftover packs of taco sauce
Directions
Prepare jambalaya mix according to package directions, using chicken as the meat. Warm flour tortillas. When jambalaya rice is cooked, load onto tortillas, top with cheese, sour cream and taco sauce if desired. Enjoy.
