Who Does Comcast's Repair Work?
Does Comcast do their own repair work or do they hire subcontractors to repair phone problems and computer problems?

I visited my daughter in Alexandria, VA so someone could be at home when the repairman came. It was a woman who came so we talked a little. The phone and cable companies are both Comcast, but she subcontracts from them..
