You can buy single or double-sided quilted fabric. With double-sided quilted fabric, all you need to do is to add a matching color of seam binding to the edges. (Or hem them) If you sew, use your machine, if not, then use a fabric glue like "Fabric-Tac. This brand of fabric glue can be machine washed, machine dried & dry-cleaned. You'll know it's the right glue because it's a clear glue in a clear bottle.
