I think I would get my length twice and make sure the fabric would be half the width needed or could be seamed together to make it wide enough then just sew the side seams and make a nice band for the cassing. At this point just measure sizing for arm hole. Once the body of case is made just finish raw edging and ribbon or elastic for top. Good luck.

Awww then in lays my problem. We are living in Troy Montana for 3 months(husbands job). There is nothing here.(no Walmart, no large grocery chain, not even a traffic light...lol)So I do 90% of my shopping online. We can get some small things, but I can't even find a place that sells elastic thread. I should have said this first. Sorry. Thanks so much.
