Instant Iced Coffee
One for the coffee lovers ;-)
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. instant coffee, or to taste
- 3/4 cup milk or soy milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. sugar, or to taste
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
Directions:
Combine the instant coffee, milk, vanilla, sugar, ice, and chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth.

You can also use chocolate soy milk. (You would then eliminate the cocoa powder and cut down on the sugar.)

Recipe: Instant Iced Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. cool whip
Directions
Stir instant coffee into cold water in a tall glass, add sugar and milk. Stir until well blended add ice cubes. Top with cool whip just before serving.

Wow I tried it and it worked! Though you might have to tweak the recipe to your liking. I didn't want to water down the coffee so I did not put any water in it, instead I added more milk and less instant coffee but it still came out to be a rich and creamy tasting ice coffee. It was done in like 5 minutes! (07/18/2008)
