Pancetta Wrapped Around Mozzarella

While was at the grocery store, I saw slices of raw pancetta wrapped around slices of mozzarella. The whole thing was about the size of a fist and tightly wrapped in plastic (like saran wrap). Forgot to write the name of it down. What is it?

P.S. Pancetta is Italian bacon, cured but not smoked.

You cook it together, I believe. The ones in the store have pre-cooked pancetta, but I'd double check that.

You dont cook it with mozarella.
Pancetta is like ham...in a sense it is cured / smoked. You can cook it like bacon if you want a crispy crunchy smokey taste...but it is not needed.

How do you cook it? The pancetta looked to be inseparable from the pancetta.

It is called Mozzarella Fresca.
