Red Wine Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients in a cruet or glass jar with a screw-on lid. Tighten lid and shake vigorously before serving.
