I don't know but have you looked on the back near the bottom for information as to who packaged the product.For example, on the back of a Carquest quart of their oil it states the oil is packaged by Ashland Co. of Covington Ky. They also make the valoline line of oil products. If not Ashland it would be another company that private labels the oil products.
