Female Cat Marking on Walls?

They younger of my 2 female cats has started spraying on the wall and vents to "mark" her territory. Any suggestions on how I can make her stop?

First, take her to the vet to see if she has any health problems. If not, it is probably a response to stress. What was going on or what changed in your household when she started? You can try one of the pheremone sprays that you can get at a pet suppy store (Feliway is one name) that may calm her down. If that doesn't work, ask your vet to prescribe medication - prozac is often used. It now comes in a generic form and isn't very expensive for a cat dose. Good luck.

Female cats don't generally spray unless they have a urinary tract infection. So a vet visit is advised.
