How do you get help buying School Supplies for low income children. My daughter could use this money to pay bills instead of buying school supplies, as she lost her job.

She should call the school. They might have a program to help families in the district. Good luck!

If she has even 15.00 she can get more than what she needs at the Dollar Tree. Good luck sweety.

Down here in TX, we go to the school counselors and they can get help for you that way. May God bless you all.

If your daughter is also in WA, click here for a list of community action agencies across the state. Contact the one nearest you; I'm sure they will have multiple resources for getting school supplies.

http://www.wapartnership.org/agencies.html I wish your daughter well!

I've seen lots of promotions in the newspapers and on TV for groups providing school supplies for those in need. Seems like they were doing something at the health department, Salvation Army, and several churches. Ask around locally; I be someone can point you in the right direction.

Best of luck.
