Cook ground beef and seasonings until brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, sauce, and mushrooms. Bring meat to boiling point. Simmer in covered pan 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked, drained spaghetti. Place half of spaghetti-meat mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F. Serves about 12.
