Ordinarily, I would have said you can't. However, I have seen a product advertised called Motsenbocker's Lift Off for artist's acrylic paint, which should work as well on latex -- very similar stuff. I haven't tried it. Here is the website

Removing Acrylic Paint from Jacket

A couple of weeks ago I borrowed my friend's white North Face (windbreaker). At the end of art class I realized I had blue acrylic paint on the elbow; a medium sized blob. I've washed it once, but did not put in the dryer. There were no changes. I washed it again, but with bleach, no difference. Then I washed with Downey and Zout! If I don't get it out, I'll have to buy her another one which I cant afford. If anybody as a fast helpful tip it would very appreciated.
