- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup celery salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Combine pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds, soy sauce and oil. Toss gently and season with celery salt, pepper, and onion powder. Spread in shallow pan. Bake until toasted, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes. Taste to see if more seasoning is desired. Makes 4 1/2-5 cups.
