Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw wild rice
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- slivered almonds or cashews
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and cook wild rice; cool. Mix remaining ingredients and add gently to cooled rice. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve in lettuce and garnish with slivered almonds or cashews.
