C's Sawdust Pie
Ingredients
7 egg whites
1.5 cups each sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and shredded coconut
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream, banana slices, and mint sprig
Directions
In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 38 minutes till glossy. Cool and garnish.

Sorry everyone. Yes, the egg whites are unbeaten and the degree is 350 for the 38 minutes. I had to wait till my friend in NC got back to me with the info. I must have been sleepy that night! Thanks for your patience everyone!! Poor But Proud

What is the temperature you bake it at - most are 350, but would like to be sure. I have made one like this several years ago and whipped the egg whites, then folded the other ingredients into it. It was very good.
