Honey Mustard Sauce

This has a great balance of sweet, tangy, and salty. I've used it for fried zucchini sticks and french fries.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. honey

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. The longer it sits, the thicker it will get.

Servings: 2
Time:5 Minutes Preparation Time

Source: I don't remember where I saw this, but it had 1/2 teaspoon salt as an ingredient which I omitted.

It's very creamy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 5/8 cup oil (little bit less than 3/4)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients well.

Makes a lot so store in jar (if there is any left). Keep in refrigerator.

RE: Honey Mustard Sauce

Oops, it looks like you left out the amount of honey for this recipe. How much honey should be used? Thanks. (07/11/2009)

RE: Honey Mustard Sauce

Honey Mustard Sauce? Just take some mustard, and some honey, start at a tablespoon of each and see how you like it, add more or less of each to get the taste you want. (07/12/2009)
