If you have house plants with thin vines that do not stand up with a stick, I have used a wooden 5 fingered back scratcher to hold these vines up. Put fingers upward and vines slide nicely between fingers. This works great and does not hurt your vines of the plant.

Sounds like a great idea! I have been trying to find a wire form to train ivy on at different nurseries . home depot etc. No one has these so this might be a solution for at least the small vines. Thanks!
