Fresh Strawberry Cooler

  • 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 1 pt. strawberry ice cream (softened)

Place strawberries, honey, and a small amount of milk in blender; cover. Puree until nearly smooth. Add remaining milk and ice cream. Blend 1 minute. Serve immediately. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a whole strawberry. Makes 4 glasses.
