If you get a small notebook and glue some magnets to the back, you can keep it on your refrigerator and keep a running list of the groceries you will need the next time you shop.

I as well use the dry erase board on the frig. Since I am at the computer a fair amt during ea day, I send emails to myself....with reminders, things to do, grocery list, etc. I can then print off if I need to but I do find this helps me stay on top of things. Also they make special notepads and grocery list pads with a magnet. They are not expensive, so I would just buy one rather than spend time making one.

I have a small dry erase board on my fridge and have everyone write on what they use up or need.
