- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
Caramelize 1/4 cup sugar in bottom of 1 1/2 qt. metal mold; tilt to coat all sides. Mix remaining ingredients except eggs in bowl. Strain beaten eggs into milk mixture. Pour into mold; cover with aluminum foil and secure with rubber band. Place in pressure cooker. Add water to 1/2 the depth of mold. Cover tightly. Cook at 10 lbs. pressure for 10 minutes. Remove from pressure cooker. Cool. Invert onto serving plate.
