My kids love this dish. It's super easy and can be made in one pan. It's basically greenbean casserole with meat added. This one will stick to your ribs!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 16 oz. your favorite frozen veggie (I like green beans)
- French's onions to top
Directions
Brown the beef and drain, add soup. Cook your veggies in the microwave as you normally would, drain and mix in. Toss onions on top and serve.
Variations: use mixed veggies and cream of celery soup, or chicken and cream of chicken soup. Serve with egg noodles or rice, or on a bed of mashed potatoes.
