If you have left-over burgers from the grill, put them in a skillet and top with pepperoni and pizza sauce. Simmer until good and hot. Top with mozzarella cheese and cover with a lid until cheese is melted. You could also add other items such as bell pepper, onion, or mushrooms. You can also do this by just frying the hamburgers in the skillet and then adding the other ingredients. Have some leftover buns too? Spread with some garlic butter and brown in the broiler. Put one burger per each half of the bun. Yummy!

This is another yummy recipe that is also fairly quick to fix.

I used to try to make pizza burgers like we had when I went to school @ could never get them right. They were always SOGGY (buns). When I met my birth family it just so happens that my aunt worked in one of the school cafeteria's. She told me that they would place the buns on a cookie sheet & then take another cookie sheet & smash them before they put aything on them. Also make sure to mix the sauce & meat * shrooms together instead of layerng them. Works everytime. YAY!!!!! (08/04/2008)

Brown the hamburger and onion together and drain. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, soup, olives, oregano, garlic and the salt and pepper together. Separate the buns into the top and bottom and butter the bottom of each bun. Put a spoonful of hamburger on the top of each bun. Leave the buns open faced and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the hamburger for the last 5-10 minutes of baking.
