Cleaning Dark Stains Off Yellow Vinyl Chairs

I have a couple of yellow vinyl chairs that have some dark stains on them. I am not sure where the stains came from but it could be from dark clothing when we sit on the chairs. Does anyone know what I could use to clean them? Thanks.

Have you tried a Magic Eraser yet? They are fairly cheap and work AWESOME!
