Ingredients
- 2 packages raspberry flavored gelatin (3oz. each)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of cloves
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce (8oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind, opt.
- 1 cup diced orange sections
- 1 cup chopped apple
Directions
Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in oranges and apples. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 9 servings.
