Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream
- Spanish peanuts
Topping:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Directions
Crush regular size package of Oreo cookies. Add 1/2 cup melted margarine. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Spoon ice cream over crust. Sprinkle a layer of peanuts over the ice cream.
Combine topping ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Pour over dessert and freeze until firm.
