Yummo!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 large apples of your choice, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cook, stirring constantly, until apples are almost tender, about 6 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to skillet. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon and then boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Yummo sounds exactly right! I think this weekend I'm going to have to get some vanilla ice cream for the sauted apples, I have everything to make the apples already. :)
