Mallow Fudge Cookies |

Heat 2 squares baking chocolate and 1 cup evaporated milk until chocolate melts. Add 2 cups sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and stir until dissolved. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from fire and add: 1 Tbsp. butter, cool slightly and add 3 cup fine graham cracker crumbs, 24 large marshmallows, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup finely chopped nuts. Mix well, press in pan, chill, 8-12 hours. Cut into squares or bars.
