I used the seed swap through Thrifty Fun and just last week received two bountiful packets of wildflower seeds, and met a very nice person as a result.. This is phenomenal! I also know of a famous seed exchange called the "seed saver's exchange" in Decorah Iowa. They aim to save and exchange seeds of heirloom and rare plants, vegetables, and flowers, so that the species can continue to be propegated.
