It works ok sure has not erased spots but I am not that faithfull in applying either. Also my neck was getting old looking. I started to use Wal-Mart's Equate brand apricot scrub on my neck & face everyday. I use a nail brush on my arms & sometimes - lightly on my neck. I also try to massage my neck during the day. I first noticed a difference in about 3 months. Honestly, my neck looks very good. The brown spots did fade quite a bit,especially on my arms. I hope they continue to fade. My facial skin looks younger. I sailed every weekend & burned every weekend & this has really helped.
