That is a beautiful rose. I live in Texas, but haven't planted many roses. Two that I planted several years ago didn't do squat.
Looks like it could be Double Delight? Very nice picture!
When I lived in Texas I went to a marvelous place near Brenham called The Antique Rose Emporium. They have the old roses that grew wild, so they are very hardy and smell wonderful.
