Easy Photo Cake Tip

When you are decorating a special cake and would like to put a picture on it, just laminate the picture and frost around it! This will make any cake extra special.

If you are in a hurry, you can use a piece of wax paper under the photo. I did this with a magazine photo for my son's cake and it worked wonderfully!

Tedebear, this is a wonderful tip! Our local supermarket deli offers cakes with a photo, but they are SO expensive. Once we ordered one, and were disappointed with the results. Laminating the photo gives essentially the same effect without all the cost. Thanks very much.
