Heat pear juice; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. While still hot, pour over cream cheese which has been blended with the 2 tablespoons of cream. Stir until uniform. Refrigerate until it begins to thicken, then add pears which have been mashed with a fork. Use blender for a really smooth salad. Fold in whipped cream and pour into a mold. Refrigerate until firm.
