You could salvage them for "parts". Use the stuffing, eyes, fabric to make other crafts. You could make one big stuffed animal with a quilt like look to them.

a friend of mine has a dead tree in the front yard,
and her hubby hasn't got "around"to cut it down.
so she put some stuffed toys on each branch and
they look pretty neat lol

If they are small stuffed animals you can hang them from the ceiling of your childs room .Maybe dangle themunder a ceiling fan.
2- you can make a retirement home for worn out stuffed animals Maybe a place in your basement or rec room with a sign They worked hard or something to that affect
3-You could also recloth a stuff animal making it like new and then donate it
4-You could also add a pocket to them attached them to a counter ,wall or inside your car to hold things like letters and such.
5-How about old worn out Teddy holding a bunch of plastic flowers
6- restuff Teddy with rags with your favorite scent
7-If the stuff animal is large enough make it into a Pajama keeper
8-Add them to lamp bases ot table legs for decoration
Weight them for doorstops
9-Let the kids use them for exercise games outside Like Basketball or football.
10- Maybe make a music box out of one just by adding the mecanism of say a greeting card to the animals ear. Again you should recloth this project for appearence.
hese are but a few ideas There are many more if you want.
Happy Crafting and reuse
