Remove skin from chicken. Rinse the chicken. Cube or use the breast whole. Marinate all the ingredients except the butter. Cover and leave aside for 20-30 minutes or prepare in advance and leave in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
Heat butter in a heavy based pan, add chicken and cook for +/- 30 minutes or until done. Serve with rice, roti, puri, garlic rolls or roasted veggies.
