Put about a tablespoon of baking soda in your hand along with some shampoo and wash your hair, it gets out all the hair spray, chemicals etc. Your hair feels great and is back to normal again.
Make sure to condition your hair after though as the baking soda will "strip" everything to include the natural oils from your hair.
