Does anyone have an idea for a picture to go on a baby pink wall? I love karate, singing, ballet, violin, my laptop and nature. I'd really appreciate it if you left some ideas.

If you have a digital camera or can borrow one, take close up pictures of each of the items you love--ballet slippers, violin, flowers, etc. Try to fill the frame or show an interesting part of the item--some part with an interesting shape, like the neck of the violin or the center of a flower. Try to find items that match the color of your wall. If you can't match the item to the wall color, then use a mat around the photograph that matches the photo and the wall. You could try printing the photos in black & white too. They could be 5" x "7 or 8" x 10". Hang the photos in a group of 2,3, or 4, depending on how much space you have on the wall. Black frames would look nice too. For something more informal, you could also make a collage in a 11 x 14 picture frame.

How about doing prints in black & white instead of color?

i know you said picture, but what about something like a memory board. you said your wall is pink and pink is very shabby chic and a memorie board serves as a visual type picture but is functional as well which would let you display pictures on it of the things you said you loved in your request like your violin etc. you could display pictures on it that you have taken of the things you said you liked. here is an example of one someone is selling on ebay but they would be easy to make by covering foam board in a fabric print of your choice to match your pink wall and if you frame it as they have done here it looks more like a framed picture but of course you leave out the glass because the crossed ribbons are what holds your photos or even ribbons you have have won. good luck with more thriftyfun viewers ideas.

Find some funky scrapbook paper at the craft store that matches the color of the wall and put it in a simple frame and hang it. You could even get 4-6 frames and mount them together for a collage- like display.
