How do we remove latex paint from fabric? Is it even possible?

Rubbing alcohol will remove most latex pain from fabric. It will take a lot of elbow grease though. Put the stained fabric on a surface covered with towels and pour liberal amounts on, rubbing it in. Keep doing this until the latex softens. Scrub hard, then wash as usual. I have taken paint out of many items, including hooked rugs in this manner.
