Dull Instrument Panels In My Vehicle

I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove the dull effect that is on my instrument panels in my vehicle? I think that Armour All had gotten on it and made it look dull. This is some type of plastic. Thanks so much, in advance for your help or suggestions.
