Fruity Chicken Salad
This is a quick fix and a great dish for anytime!
Ingredients:
1 cup purple grapes cut in half.
1-2 ribs celery (if you like it. Omit if not.)
1 apple of choice, chopped.
3 chicken breasts
mayonnaise
1 cup your favorite toasted nuts.
Directions:
Boil and debone chicken; chop into pieces. Cut the grapes in half. Chop celery very fine. Chop apple. Toast nuts.
Mix all ingredients together well with mayonnaise and enjoy.

Glad you could use the recipe! There are so many different things you can put into it and enjoy! I am making it now and have used some coctail peanuts and would really like some cheese to add to it but I didn't get any at the store today. Maybe next time! Can't wait till it's ready to eat! ;o)

This is going on my list for summer salads. It sounds so fresh and good. I'm already planning how to garnish my plates with fresh strawberries and pineapple. Can you tell I am a real lover of fruits? You bet I am. Thank you for sharing your recipe. MisMachado
