Apple Cream Pie |

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. (heaping) flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup half and half cream
- Salt and cinnamon
- 4-5 apples (peeled, shred or slice in salad shooter)
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Add half and half cream, pinch of salt. Put apples into unbaked shell and pour mixture on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie is set. This is especially good with fresh apples.

ROBIN, AFTER COPYING MANY OF YOUR RECIPES, I FELT I COULD COME TO YOU FOR A RECIPE FOR SALMON CAKES. IT USED TO BE ON THE BACK OF THE POUCHES OF PINK SALMON "CHICKEN OF THE SEA" THEY CHANGED THEIR PACKAGING AND THE RECIPE IS NO LONGER ON BACK OF PACKAGE.
