Mix sugar and flour. Add half and half cream, pinch of salt. Put apples into unbaked shell and pour mixture on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie is set. This is especially good with fresh apples.

Add two tablespoons water to the gelatin to "bloom" bloom for 5 minutes or so. Whip the cream cheese and condensed milk. Add the softened gelatin, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix well. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Pour half of the mixture into the pie shell. Add canned apples for second layer, then pour remaining mixture in. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill for 3 hours.

Sounds good, but what is the gelatin you used? It is not in the ingredients?
Ingredients do not list Geletin or water please send again with all the ingredients this sounds so good . Thank You Marie
