Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or cantaloupe balls
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) strawberry Jello
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup plus 6 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip
Directions:
DIVIDE STRAWBERRIES INTO 6 PARFAIT GLASSES.
Pour boiling water into large bowl, add gelatin and stir until all dissolved. Add cold water and ice cubes and stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 3/4 cup of gelatin, pour evenly over over strawberries.
Refrigerate 20 minutes or until gelatin is set but not firm.
Add 1 cup cool whip to remaining gelatin, stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon evenly over gelatin.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Top each parfait with 1 Tbsp. Cool Whip and serve.
