Someone wrote in recently about buying used books from Amazon.com. You should also check out Half.com, a division of eBay. You are buying directly from an individual who has listed their item for sale on Half.com. It is NOT an auction-style sale, it is a set price. Check it out at http://www.half.com. I have been both buying and selling through Half.com for over three years and have NEVER had a bad experience.

I have used half.com for both books and CD's and been delighted. My foster daughter, with very limited funds took a liking to Garth Brooks when she got a new CD player. She was able to purchase 5 CD's for less than the cost of 1 new one,and that included shipping. All were perfect, too.
