Remember to check the tax situation for this. Several years ago there was quite a flap over undeclared income through bartering.

Oh, my Gosh...what a flashback. We did this back in the late 1960's. One person kept the log of hours, debiting and crediting when one used the service and when one babysat. It really worked out great. It wasn't just for night's out, but for grocery shopping, etc. Go for it. It works great.
