I have a problem with breakouts due to most moisterizers on my arms, but baby lotion seems to work the best! Generics have the same formula, and they smell great! Also costs so much less than the fancy ones in the regular aisles.
ALSO: Petroleum jelly is great intensive moisturizer for feet and hands (with cotton socks/gloves) and the best rash prevention on earth!

Try adding a few drops of your favorite fragrance to mineral oil...... cheaper than baby oil, which is nothing more than fragrance and mineral oil anyway!

There is a type of moisturising cream called aqueous or agueous cream in the UK. It is very cheap and your doctor will recommend it for cleansing sensitive skin. It is the least irritating, cheapest cleanser and moisturiser around. I don't know what it is called in the US.
Baby Oil Moisturizer
Smooth generic baby oil over damp skin after shower, inexpensive and effective!
