Seattle Lunch


  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. package spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • Ad
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can mushrooms plus liquid (stems and pieces)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste


Brown onion and meat, combine with other ingredients in a greased casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour.

This sounds yummy. I am guessing that you drain the corn first?
