Get some fun size candy bars and stack them up like a Jenga tower. Print a little card out with the Jenga rules so they know what's going on. The table with the tallest tower wins a gift certificate to X. Otherwise, you could also do a glass jar with pink and purple paper chains flowing out of it (you know, "building links"...) For building, think construction, linking, teamwork (I left string loops for cat's cradle at tables one time with mini-takeout boxes filled with legos and the women had a blast with it). Could add a few small structures to the setting.
