How do I clean my gas line on my lawn mower?

Gas lines on lawn mowers are usually made of rubber tubing. It would be easier to go to a lawn mower repair center and buy a length of hose and replace the gas line. The hose would have to be one that is made for lawn mowers. Regular hose would decay with the new enthanol gas.
