Here is a picture of the soap angel I carve for birthdays and Christmas for my Friends, Neighbors and Children. I learned this from a Girl Scout leader over 60 years ago. And have taught several little girls and also a few boys how to carve them over the years.
We did soap sculptures also in Girl Scouts. We never did any this beautiful!
Blessings, Robyn

Hello Granny
Is the candle made of soap too? I have angel collection but none out of soap. Maybe I could try your idea. Thanks for sharing.
Can you send me the sketch? Thanks lournsven AT hotmail.com

Hi Needy, I tried to email you but it came back. I don't have a pattern as such for the angel. But if you want to email me your home address I'll send you a rough sketch of how I do them. Here is a pale green one I just finished for a friend in PA. I also put a halo on them with gold chenille stems. ( or the gold fake wedding rings from Michaels ) Just haven't done that part yet.
